Our Executive Physical Program goes far beyond the typical evaluation, giving you a personalized view of your health.

Collectively, your tests and consultations with our board-certified experts give you a one-stop hub—providing you with a clear picture of your overall health, recommendations for addressing any existing health issues, identification of any individual risk factors along with a plan that helps you to decrease your risk for developing these conditions, and strategies to help you focus on greater wellness and longevity.

What to expect before your executive physical

Weeks before you arrive for your executive physical, you’ll have your comprehensive pre-call with your physician, either as a phone call or virtual visit, based on your preference. You’ll discuss your wellness priorities, what to expect during your evaluation and we’ll answer any questions you have. We also coordinate several other steps prior to your arrival, providing you with:

• A confirmed testing schedule
• Driving directions
• Specific instructions regarding the type of clothes to wear
• Fasting notes and any other details that are relevant for your personalized health evaluation

What to expect during your executive physical

Each executive physical is modeled after our Comprehensive Wellness Assessment and customized by your employer. Each evaluation includes in-depth tests in a variety of areas that cover all body systems:

• Physical exam and preventive care: Including a complete medical history and family history to review any current or past medical conditions, specific risk factors and your overall health and wellness.
• Laboratory screening tests: Our extensive laboratory testing gives you a holistic assessment of your body’s major organ systems and function.
• Cardiovascular tests: Your series of cardiac tests will vary, but may include a cardiovascular evaluation, cardiac risk panel or electrocardiogram (EKG).
• Wellness and lifestyle evaluations: An unhealthy lifestyle can increase your risk for developing chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. We offer personalized evaluations in several areas.
• Sex-specific tests: For men, this may include a prostate specific antigen (PSA) test and testosterone level test. For women, this may include a full gynecological exam, mammograms, pap smears and pelvic exam.
