You’ll also enjoy 24/7 direct virtual access to your physician, with prompt responses and seamless prioritization of specialty care.

As a Concierge Medicine Program member, what kind of physician access do I get?

We provide 24/7 virtual access. As a member of our Concierge Medicine Program, you get direct access to your personal physician and care team anytime, day or night. Our team is dedicated to responding to your health and wellness questions promptly. We limit the number of patients per physician in our program to ensure you always receive the VIP treatment.

What does your Concierge Medicine Program include?

• World-class providers: Our team includes doctors from the Henry Ford Medical Group, one of the nation’s largest and most experienced group practices. Our board-certified physicians are recognized for excellence in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, neurology and neurosurgery, multi-organ transplants, cancer, orthopedics and sports medicine.
• 24/7 direct, virtual access: As a concierge medicine patient, you get direct access to your personal physician and care team anytime, day or night. Our team is dedicated to responding to your health and wellness questions promptly.
• Personalized care planning and management: We focus on the areas that are most important to your health and wellness, including chronic disease management, nutrition, fitness, mental health support and more.
• Enhanced Comprehensive Wellness Assessment: As part of your membership, you can get our most comprehensive evaluation once per year. The Enhanced assessment includes everything in our standard evaluation plus additional tests that are customized around your personal health needs.
• Detailed, fast results: We’ll review your same-day assessment metrics with you during your visit. These give you actionable data and a comprehensive view of your health. In addition, you can review your results in real time in your Henry Ford MyChart account.

What about specialty care as a Concierge Medicine Program member?

As a Concierge Medicine Program member, we offer prioritization of your specialty care. If you need to see one of our Henry Ford Medical Group specialists, we’ll take care of everything, handling all aspects of the physician referral process. At Henry Ford Health, you’ll find the most advanced treatments available. Do you offer different options for the Comprehensive Wellness Assessment?

Yes, we offer two options:

• Standard: Our Standard assessment includes over 30 tests that cover all body systems. Depending on your specific health needs, your evaluation may include a physical exam and preventive care, laboratory screenings, cardiovascular tests, wellness and lifestyle evaluations, sex-specific tests and additional screenings.
• Enhanced: The Enhanced assessment includes everything in the Standard evaluation. Depending on your specific health needs, it may include a biomechanical assessment and movement consultations, as well as meeting virtually with a behavioral health expert. It also includes one year of appointment scheduling support from Henry’s Circle.

How far in advance should I schedule my wellness assessment?

Early scheduling is preferred. The in-person appointment days will take place 6-8 weeks following the completion of the pre-call appointment with the physician. You can request an appointment today.

What forms do I need to complete for my assessment?

After scheduling your evaluation, you will be paired with a personal care coordinator, who will help you to navigate the process, including completing the necessary intake paperwork.

Can I complete my assessment in 1 day?

Most people complete the health assessment in one day. However, if you have more extensive testing needs, we can customize the evaluation and timing to work around your schedule.

How should I prepare for my comprehensive wellness assessment?

Weeks before you arrive for your evaluation, you’ll have your comprehensive pre-call with your physician, either as a phone call or virtual visit, based on your preference. Together, you’ll determine the specific tests that will be the best for you and your individual health needs. We also coordinate several other steps prior to your arrival, providing you with:

• A confirmed testing schedule
• Driving directions
• Specific instructions regarding the type of clothes to wear
• Fasting notes and any other details that are relevant for your personalized health evaluation experience

When do I get my results for my wellness assessment?

We’ll review your same-day assessment metrics with you during your visit. These give you actionable data and a comprehensive view of your health. In addition, you can review your results in real time in your Henry Ford MyChart account.

What if I have questions after I leave my assessment?

As part of our Comprehensive Wellness Experience, you will be provided with a direct line to our experts to answer any clinical question you have following your visit. In addition, we will always be available to help you navigate our system and schedule any additional appointments you may need.

What’s included in my executive physical?

Each executive physical is modeled after our Comprehensive Wellness Assessment and customized by your employer. Each evaluation includes in-depth tests in a variety of areas that cover all body systems, and your executive physical is streamlined to make the most of your time. Most evaluations are completed in one day.
