Find a Doctor Change Requests
The Find a Doctor change process notifies source systems across Henry Ford Health System to update a provider’s record. Once the source systems are updated the new information is sent to our Find a Doctor tool twice weekly on Monday and Thursday evenings. To help you with your change requests we have developed a profile optimization tip sheet.

The Find a Doctor change request does not replace HR functions related to hiring and terminating and does not update PeopleSoft or Kronos.
