Summer Strength & Conditioning for High School Athletes

This program gives athletes the opportunity to train with a collegiate certified strength and conditioning specialist, and includes technique coaching, testing and proper movement instruction for injury prevention. Sport-specific instruction will focus on each athlete's individual area of need.

June 10 – 28 (3 weeks/9 visits)
