ROSES Support Group

Having a baby is one of the biggest changes a person can go through.  The ROSE Program (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for new mothers) is an evidence-based virtual support group for pregnant people, aimed at helping prepare for the demands of pregnancy and raising a child/children.

This is a 4-class program, along with one brief check-in, that focuses on education, communication skills, role transitions, stress management, problem-solving, and improving social support. The classes take place virtually in a group format (during pregnancy with other pregnant people) while the check-in is post-delivery via phone or telehealth.
