Behavioral Treatment of Menopausal Insomnia: Sleep, Depression, Daytime Outcomes

The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, sleep restriction therapy, and sleep education as treatments for insomnia comorbid with menopause.
Subjects must be at least 40 years of age, female, post-menopausal, have no unstable mental health or medical conditions, and be without sleep disorders.
