When you choose to be a CHTN subscriber, we will be with you every step of the way. We have developed a proven methodology for implementation and ongoing support that will ensure your success.

CHTN will provide the following support to facilitate successful adoption and use of Epic:

  • Two calendar weeks of onsite go-live support
  • Monthly rounding covering provider requests, education, and quality topics
  • Focused training as needed
  • Weekly newsletter via email
  • Townhall meetings every other month
  • User website for weekly updates, community discussion board, recorded videos, and system updates or changes
  • Live Webinars to demo Epic functionality

Ongoing Support:

  • New user training sessions
  • Refresher training recorded videos
  • Optimization to provide ongoing refinement
