The HFPN is also offering two training webinars related to Care Everywhere, which further enhances continuity of care for our patients. These webinars are available through HFHS University. The webinars are entitled: CE001, Querying for a Patient’s Outside Record (clinical and non-clinical staff); and CE002, Viewing a Patient’s Care Everywhere Information (clinical staff only). Each webinar lasts 10-15 minutes.

You can log in to the University directly from a Henry Ford Health System computer or by going through HenryFordConnect.com and entering your six-digit employee ID and password. If you do not remember your six-digit ID or if you are having difficulty accessing the University, please email HFPNHelp@hfhs.org or call (313) 874-1466 during business hours.
