Physician Relationship Management

Physician Relationship Management (PRM) software allows HFPN team members performing outreach (such as HFPN physician liaisons) with access to a single source of truth of all physician, practice and affiliation profile information. This software – used for organizational, strategic and business purposes – allows for real-time documentation of interactions between outreach staff and HFPN physicians to allow for an accurate account of the status of the outreach team and you as it relates to programs, initiatives, issue resolution, etc.

Data will be used to measure the ROI of outreach activities/programs at several physician levels, including practice, group, PO and ACOs in targeted geographies. This PRM technology will provide the strategic foundation and data analytics necessary to increase physician alignment and support market-share growth of the HFPN.
