All apartments are unfurnished. All premium units have refrigerators, electric ranges, microwaves, dishwashers.

Deposit Charges

  • Cleaning Deposit: Refundable if the apartment is vacated in a clean state.
    • One bedroom unit - $200
    • Two bedroom unit - $250
  • Key Deposit: A deposit that is refundable pending key return, $10.
  • Security Deposit: Equal to 2 rental payments (refundable less damage assessment, after vacating apartment)

Payment Method

Rental payment is made by payroll deduction from each bi-weekly paycheck

Please note: A non-refundable $100 deposit will be required when we confirm that housing is available. Housing confirmations will be emailed to the address provided below.
