Fellowship applicants must be:

  • Eligible for Michigan State Medical License on the start date of the fellowship (July 1).
  • Enrolled in an ACGME-accredited residency training program in the United States in Neurology, Neurosurgery or Anesthesiology. The applicant tentative completion date should be on or prior to June 30th of the year of the fellowship start.
  • We participate in the NeuroCritical Care Fellowship Match (San Francisco Match). Applicants will have to go through the registration and matching process of the match. Applicants should check the match for deadline. The website is http://www.sfmatch.org/.
