Jeremy Fischer D.O.
Program Director

Dr Fischer is board certified in family medicine and has been working with the family medicine residency since 2005. Dr. Fischer is an alumnus of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his residency training in family medicine at St. John-Oakland hospital.

In addition to teaching the residents, Dr. Fischer has an interest in preventative medicine. He conducts community lectures on nutrition and healthy lifestyles at Selfridge Air National Guard base. He also has done several diabetic cooking demonstrations for the public.

When not working, Dr. Fischer enjoys biking, kayaking, and skiing. He also enjoys cooking and is a published photographer.

Lisa Centilli, D.O.
Core Faculty

Dr. Centilli is board certified in family medicine and has been working with the family medicine residency since December 2014. Dr. Centilli is an alumnus of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her internship and residency training in family medicine at Henry Ford Macomb hospital.

Clinical interests include pediatrics, adult medicine and women's health.

Dr. Centilli enjoys spending time with her three children and husband, Spartan football, reading and swimming.

Katherine Naber, D.O.
Core Faculty

Dr. Naber is board certified in family medicine and as the newest partner of the practice, joined the clinic in July 2012. She is an alumnus of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Naber did her internship at St John Macomb-Oakland Hospital and completed residency training in family medicine at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.

Dr. Naber grew up in Lapeer, MI, and has since made the Metro Detroit area her home.

In addition to teaching the residents evidence-based medicine, Dr. Naber has an interest in preventative medicine. Clinical interests include both pediatric and adult medicine, with a special interest in women's health.

In her free time, Dr. Naber enjoys spending time on the lake, with her family and friends, as well as cheering on all Detroit sports teams.

Elizabeth Witer, D.O.

Dr. Witer is board certified in family medicine has been working with the family medicine residency since 2015. Dr. Witer is an alumnus of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her internship and residency training in family medicine at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.

Dr. Witer enjoys teaching the residents practice based medicine. Clinical interests include women's health and preventative medicine, with a special interest in pediatric and adolescent medicine.

When not working, Dr. Witer enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, baking, and watching Michigan State sports.
