Our Henry Ford Health System nurses have embraced and immersed themselves into the Culture of Caring. This type of comprehensive and empathetic approach to tending for our patients and their families is meant to elevate these human experiences. What more can we want for those who come to us when they are at their most vulnerable?

Connecting with patients and their families to ease all types and levels of suffering is something that has long been a primary objective and practice of all HFHS nurses.

“Nursing is both a profession and an act,” said Ronnie Hall, HFHS COO and Chief Nursing Officer. “Our nursing staff brings such a high level of caring to patients and their families that the line between profession and act simply does not exist.
