Associate Vice President, Nursing, Division I

Jocelyn Maceri, MSN, RNJocelyn is responsible for Maternal Child Health Services including labor and delivery, post-partum, high-risk ante-natal, the neonatal intensive care unit and the lactation team. She is also responsible for the surgical general practice units, surgical progressive care unit, surgical intensive care unit, the clinical resource team (co-lead) and the Discharge Suite.

Prior to her role as an associate vice president, Jocelyn served as the P6 surgical specialty/surgical progressive care unit nurse manager. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Organization of Nursing Leadership (AONL), the American Nurses Association (ANA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Center for Health Design (CHD). Jocelyn serves as the Henry Ford Hospital Nursing Executive Lead for the hospital expansion project, Destination: Grand, co-chair of the Henry Ford Health Value Analysis Team and executive sponsor of the Henry Ford Hospital Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infection (CAUTI) Reduction Team. She is also a member of the Henry Ford Hospital Nursing Practice Council and the Henry Ford Hospital Professional Nursing Advancement Committee.

Jocelyn earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus in Executive Nursing Leadership at Baylor University. Jocelyn holds the Nurse Executive Advance – Board Certification (NEA-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the Evidence-Based Design and Accreditation (EDAC) certification from the Center for Health Design.
