Senior Consultant, Care Experience

John is a Senior Consultant for Care Experience at Henry Ford Health System. In his current capacity, John acts as an internal consultant to employees and physicians in their efforts to enhance the customer experience. He guides the collection, analysis and interpretation of patient satisfaction data to assess the efficacy of the customer experience strategy.
John earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in History and Secondary Education, and Master of Public Administration, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, from Eastern Michigan University. At the conclusion of his Master’s program, John earned acceptance into Pi Alpha Alpha, the Global Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration.
Prior to joining Henry Ford, John worked for an educational non-profit organization for several years. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
