Natasha Smith is a graduate of Wayne State University (BS, Psychology; BS, Biology, MS, Physician Assistant Studies) and the University of Michigan (MHSA). She has worked as a Physician Assistant since 2006 and has worked as a Cardiology Physician Assistant in the Catheterization Lab at Henry Ford Hospital Main Campus for the past two years. Natasha completed training to become a Master Trainer for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) through MAHP, and she provides lectures at the hospital and at PA schools about ACEs and their impact on health. Natasha enjoys precepting students and serves as a clinical educator and preceptor for Wayne State University and Eastern Michigan University. Natasha is an active committee member of the Michigan Association of Physician Assistants (MAPA) Legislative Committee. Natasha is active within the Henry Ford Health System where she is a member of the Ethics committee and she also holds a position as Physician Assistant at Large for the Advanced Practice Provider Board. Natasha enjoys working as a Physician Assistant in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and she is excited have the opportunity to be a part of the Davidson Fellowship.
