Ganj Beebani, M.D.

Beebani GanjDr. Beebani is a psychiatry resident at Henry Ford Health System. He completed medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine, and undergraduate education at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He is driven to improve work processes by seamless integration of digital tools. He is passionate about geriatric psychiatry, psychosis, and health systems research.

While at Henry Ford, Dr. Beebani has successfully completed multiple projects, including secure recording and transmission of therapy sessions for remote supervision, standardization of admission handoff for inpatient psychiatric care, and increased efficiency in the electronic medical record. He is currently working on establishing a database to characterize and quantify acute care utilization in the psychiatric hospital to assist with data-informed decisions.

Dr. Beebani enjoys the outdoors and working with his hands. On a weekend, you can find him at the Eastern Market looking for fresh vegetables, biking the Dequindre Cut, hiking somewhere in northern Michigan, or chasing a sunset at Belle Isle.
