Erica manages entrepreneurial initiatives in healthcare globally and health technology. Erica also sits on the health system’s Amigos board serving to improve the health outcomes of the Latino community in Detroit. Prior to this role, Erica worked for Deloitte & Touché, LLP and was an advisory consultant for several healthcare clients.
Erica obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a parish councilwoman for St. André Bessette in the downriver community and is also a professional member of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) Michigan. In Southwest Detroit, Erica is a member of PODER, an advocate group for women advancement in the workforce and mentor for WOT (Women of Tomorrow), serving at-risk young women in public high schools.
Several of Erica’s goals include making quality care accessible and affordable for everyone despite socioeconomic status. In addition, she supports teams that transform healthcare by addressing some of its biggest challenges, including finding a cure for cancer.
Most of all, Erica loves traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
