Community Partners

Creating an Exceptional Care Experience

Henry Ford Allegiance Health is committed to creating an exceptional experience for every patient and visitor, every day. Our Community Partners are a special group of community members who share their views and experiences to help us continually improve our service.

The Henry Ford Allegiance Health Community Partners program is a unique opportunity for you to be an active part of the Health System. We offer a variety of ways to become involved, depending on your particular interests, including:

Discussion groups

Through our Community Partners discussion groups, we gain valuable customer perspective on a wide range of topics affecting care delivery at Henry Ford Allegiance Health. Example discussion topics include ways to make a family waiting area more comfortable and calming, new patient-friendly room service features, and what is most important to individuals when choosing a care provider.

Inside Henry Ford Allegiance Health

Community Partners are invited to take behind-the-scenes tours of key departments and services of our health system. These events provide an opportunity to ask questions and share your impressions.

New projects

As Henry Ford Allegiance Health continues to expand its programs and services, Community Partners are invited to participate in ad hoc committees and advisory groups.

Service feedback

Henry Ford Allegiance Health wants to know if we are meeting the needs and expectations of our patients. We ask our Community Partners to share their own care experiences and, with permission, the opinions of family members and friends who use our services.

Community events

Community Partners may choose to volunteer their time and service at Henry Ford Allegiance Health community events, including the annual Heart & Vascular Expo, the Race to Health, Relay for Life, health fairs and emergency preparedness drills.
