    Long-Term Acute Care

    Henry Ford Allegiance Specialty Hospital provides long-term acute care for patients whose complex medical issues have stabilized beyond the need for intensive care, but still require hospitalization. We focus on restoring our patients' optimal well-being. In most cases, patients stay with us from three to six weeks.

    Henry Ford Allegiance Specialty Hospital considers our patients, their family members and support persons to be important members of our care team. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your time with us. We encourage family and support persons to work with us as we provide the following services:
