Cardiopulmonary Program

We evaluate and treat patients diagnosed with various conditions of the heart and lungs as well as patients recovering from heart attacks or heart surgery. Focuses include pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, asthma, Guillain-Barre syndrome, congestive heart failure, cardiovascular disease and neuromuscular disease

Kidney Dialysis Program

We provide dialysis for patients who have long-term kidney (renal) failure coupled with other complex medical needs. We also provide dialysis as a temporary measure for patients who experience kidney failure during an acute illness (one that is severe and comes on suddenly).

Wound Care

This program benefits patients who have substantial wounds caused by injury, infections or medical condition such as ulcers, degenerative nerve diseases, cellulitis and osteomyelitis. We also care for patients with complications from cardiovascular procedures, amputations, abdominal surgery and skin grafts.

Ventilator Weaning Program

Helping patients restore their optimal well-being often includes helping them to breathe without a ventilator or artificial airway. This includes testing the patient’s test physical strength and tolerance levels. We then create individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s physical assessment, symptoms, disease stage and lab test results.
