WELLSPRING massage
Therapeutic massage

From full-body treatment to therapy on isolated areas, we tailor our massages to meet the individual needs of each client. Through hands-on manipulation by certified therapists, massage stretches and loosens muscles and connective tissues to improve blood flow and stimulate the removal of metabolic waste products from the body. Massage also stimulates the release of endorphins - the body's natural painkillers - to balance the overall flow of life energy.

  • Swedish massage
  • Deep tissue massage
  • Energizing massage (includes a combination of energy work and massage)
  • Aromatherapy massage
  • Hot stone massage
  • Prenatal massage (for moms-to-be in their second and third trimester)

Reiki

This hands-on technique promotes healing on all levels. Reiki gently and subtly promotes balance in the body for a renewed sense of calmness. It works well with other medical and therapeutic techniques to aid recovery. Reiki supports and promotes the body's own self- healing abilities, which makes it beneficial prior to surgery, medical procedures and dental work. The client remains dressed during this technique.

  • Monthly Introduction to Reiki programs available
  • Instructional classes available
