Harvest Moon Ball Community Awards

Each year, Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital recognizes Downriver community members for their commitment to Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, the patients we serve and our community. Please complete the form below to nominate a community member who fits the criteria for either the Rosie Meyer Community Volunteer Award or the BASF Community Leadership Award.

Honorees will be recognized at the Harvest Moon Ball.

The Rosie Meyer Community Volunteer Award

This award recognizes a resident of the Downriver community who has served Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital as a volunteer and has been selfless in donating their time, treasure, and talent. This individual’s invaluable contributions have left a profound impact on the hospital and its ability to fulfill its dedicated mission to improve human health through excellence in the science and art of health care and healing.

The BASF Community Leadership Award

This award recognizes a leader of a community organization within the southeastern Michigan region who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in assembling collaborative relationships in which Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital has been a major partner. This individual has provided the hospital with the ability to fulfill its commitment to serve the Downriver communities in a greater capacity.
