WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. — Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is offering a series of “Around the World” cooking classes for March – National Nutrition Month.
All classes will take place 6:30 – 8 p.m. in the Demonstration Kitchen.

A Taste of Tuscany

Tuscan cuisine is characterized by simplicity, often including hearty vegetables, beans, bread and fruity olive oil, with herbs and spices. Discover how to cook Tuscan-style.

Mediterranean dishes are visually delightful, as well as healthy. They often feature grains, healthier fats, and lots of fruits and vegetables.
Cost is $20 per person, or $30 for two (must call to register for two).
