About Me
Dr. Abbaya grew up in the Metro Detroit area and worked with the Henry Ford OptimEyes team before starting optometry school. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Oakland University, and she obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from Ferris State University. Dr. Abbaya completed residency specializing in ocular disease at the John D. Dingell Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Detroit. In addition to primary care, she focuses on glaucoma and myopia management. Dr. Abbaya enjoys spending time with family and vacationing.
