Alexander Groth , OD

Dr. Alexander Groth was raised in Milford, Michigan. He received his Biology Bachelor’s Degree from Alma College and graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. His clinical rotations included the Henry Ford Optimeyes Supervision Center in West Bloomfield, John D. Dingell VAMC in Detroit, and Duane L. Waters Hospital in Jackson, MI. Dr. Groth began working at our Southfield Super Vision Center in 2018 moving to our Lake Orion Vision Center in 2020 and coming back home to Milford in 2024. His clinical interest includes primary eye care and contact lens management as well as treatment/management of acute and chronic ocular conditions including: diabetes, glaucoma, and red eyes. In his free time Dr. Groth likes to canoe, golf, and read.
