Kimberly Merryfield, OD

Dr. Kimberly Merryfield was born and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She received a Bachelor of Science degree (Biology major) from Rowan University in New Jersey and in 1999 graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed an internship at the Veterans Affairs Medical Hospital in Lyons, New Jersey. She then continued a low vision internship at the prestigious William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center, and a pediatric rotation at the Pediatric and Binocular Vision Clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Merryfield began her career at Contact Lens and Vision Consultants in New Jersey. In July of 2000, she relocated to Michigan and worked for a local optical company before opening her own practice. In 2010 Dr. Merryfield and her staff joined Henry Ford OptimEyes. When not in the office, Dr. Merryfield enjoys interior decorating, traveling, boating, outdoor activities, exercising and spending time with friends and family.
