Jessica Andreasen is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in a strengths-based, collaborative approach to recovery and wellness. She enjoys working with individuals who may be navigating life changes, experiencing or recovering from trauma, struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression, or working to improve romantic and familial relationships.
Jessica teaches mindfulness and specific, effective coping skills for use in everyday life and loves to build deep, meaningful relationships with the people she works with. Jessica is passionate about social justice and uses frameworks of intersectional feminism and anti-racism to help individuals understand how oppression can affect mental health.
"My goal is to compassionately help individuals find their ability to heal themselves mind, body and spirit."
