Dr. Jacob G. Eide is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Otolaryngologist with specialization in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery. Dr. Eide earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He then completed residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Northwestern University and fellowship in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Eide is passionate about providing first-class, equitable patient care. His practice focuses on the management of chronic and recurrent rhinosinusitis, sinonasal tumors, skull base tumors, CSF leaks and encephaloceles. Surgical services provided include endoscopic sinus surgery (including complex and revision sinonasal operations), septoplasty, minimally invasive skull base surgery and orbital procedures. He works closely with Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, and Allergy physicians to provide high-quality care to patients with complex problems.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Eide’s research interests include the pathophysiology of chronic rhinosinusitis, novel treatments for patients with sinonasal malignancies, and the effect of frailty on outcomes of sinonasal surgery.
