Biographical Statement

Providers at Henry Ford’s School-Based Health locations provide primary care and behavioral health services to children ages 5-21, regardless of health insurance coverage or ability to pay. School-Based Health clinics are located within more than a dozen schools in Wayne and Macomb counties. These school-based clinics provide care to area youth while schools are in session as well as during the summer break when schools are closed. 

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapist.  My therapeutic style is creative, holistic, and curious. My approach is integrative, as I usually incorporate mind & body exercises into sessions. I enjoy working closely with teens and their families; I feel grateful to be of support to others, because life is precious! I am a Mother of 2 young children. For self-care, I enjoy yoga, snowboarding, and coffee dates with friends and family.
