Biographical Statement:
I have a strong background in applied statistics and environmental epidemiology research. I participated in the World Trade Center (WTC) Adolescents Study analyzing environmental chemicals and respiratory health (asthma, wheezing), lung function, cardiometabolic profiles, mental health outcomes (PTSD, anxiety, depression) and sleeping quality in children exposed to the WTC disaster.
These research experiences resulted in 6 co-authored manuscripts and allowed me to pair with researchers at Henry Ford Health System and the Department of Public Health Sciences where I have been studying cancer, women's and children's health, environmental exposures, and anesthesiology and pain medicine.
