"I strive to provide a safe and welcoming experience for all my patients. I understand that talking about mental health, stress, addiction, family concerns, trauma, etc., is often very difficult to do. My focus is to meet my patients where they are and take small, gentle steps towards building a healthy patient/therapist rapport. I focus on using an empathic and openminded approach to therapy so that I can provide the best care for all of my patients."
