Care Philosophy
"I believe in mental health as opposed to mental illness. I understand that when an individual requests to see a mental health practitioner they are experiencing pain and discomfort that they are unable to manage. My goal is to help them understand the issues/situations that are causing them pain and develop a treatment plan to address it."
