Care Philosophy

"I strive to treat each person as a unique individual, worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of their personal circumstances or struggles. I work towards creating a safe space that promotes personal growth and healing. I believe that therapy can assist with guiding a person in discovering more about themselves and their patterns of behavior and in turn helping them to provide an opportunity to create and establish new, healthy patterns of behaviors into the future."
