About Me

Biographical Statement

Throughout her nursing career, Katherine Stahl has worked in clinical, academic and leadership settings. She has blended clinical and educational experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings by working in adult medical-surgical units and in ambulatory surgery — teaching skills, simulation and clinicals to baccalaureate nursing students. She designed and implemented one of the nation's first Ambulatory Nurse Residency Programs at Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. While earning her doctorate degree, she taught at University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Nursing.

Katherine is currently a nurse practitioner with supportive care at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, biking, playing ice hockey, watching football, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
