Biographical Statement
I am a Family Medicine trained Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine currently working as a full time inpatient Hospitalist with IEP at Henry Ford Jackson/Allegiance Hospital. I identify with pronouns she/her. I was born and raised in Toledo, OH. Then did my medical school training in Spartanburg, SC at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine - Carolinas Campus. I returned home to Toledo to finish my Residency Training for Family Medicine. I am dual board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. Now I am employed with IEP Henry Ford Jackson/Allegiance Hospital.
I volunteer with the Northwest Ohio LGBTQIA+ Coalition based in Lucas County and Wood County Ohio. I occasionally also practice at Greater Toledo Urgent Cares.
My passions include:
- advocating for patient centered care broadly, but especially in vulnerable populations such as the LGBTQIA+ community in healthcare.
- providing safe and reliable gender affirming care
- using Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine physical diagnosis and treatment as an adjunct to treat musculoskeletal disorders
