Cheesecake Fruit Dip

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

One ingredient most fruit dip recipes rely on is marshmallow crème. Consisting mainly of corn syrup and sugar, we wanted to find an alternative ingredient that would offer a nutritional advantage while still creating a creamy, delicious dip. Greek yogurt provided a perfect solution.

Cook's note: This fruit dip pairs well with strawberries, grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi, and sliced peaches.

  • 5 ounces (10 tablespoons) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 containers (5.3 ounces each) low-fat Greek lemon yogurt
  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant cheesecake-flavored pudding
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl using an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese and yogurt. Gradually add pudding mix, alternating with milk. Cream until smooth. Add vanilla extract and combine. Serve with fruit.
