Hearty Fruit and Oat Smoothie
Who says healthy is bland? Spice up your chicken breasts with this recipe from the 2015 Men Who Cook event.
- 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 small fresh banana
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup rolled dry oats
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp strained honey
- ¼ cup coconut water
Slice the almonds and the strawberries. Blend all ingredients in a blender until they reach desired consistency, and enjoy!
