Ingredients

  • 6 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can tropical fruit salad, drained
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups Fuji apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

In a measuring cup or small bowl, mix yogurt and sour cream; set aside. In a large bowl combine tropical fruit salad, mandarin oranges, grapes, apples and miniature marshmallows. Add yogurt mixture and gently toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.


Yield: 8 servings (about 2/3 cup per serving)
