Ingredients

  • 2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

In a blender, combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, milk, vanilla and ice cubes. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
