Well Wishes

In response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, Henry Ford Health has temporarily restricted visits to patients in our hospitals. We want to keep our patients spirits up and spread kindness! You can leave a general well-wish that we will display on the televisions in the patient rooms on a dedicated channel.

You may also use this form to send recognition to Henry Ford team members. Your messages will be shared with teams at various times throughout the day.

If you'd like to send a handmade card or craft please email an image to wellwishes@hfhs.org. We are not able to accept photos of people.
