The instructor will guide you through a meditation session, offering verbal cues to help quiet your mind and connect you with your body. You will focus on your breathing and senses. Most people leave a meditation session energized, with a feeling of calm serenity. Our expert can talk to you about your health goals and help build a personalized approach to mindfulness meditation.
Meditation class schedule and locations
Meditation classes are offered at the Henry Ford Center for Integrative Medicine in Dearborn. All classes are $12 each. Package discounts available.
