All Things Yarn, Yarn, Yarn!
Learn how to LOOM knit, crochet, learn the "yarn" lingo, and how to read a yarn instruction sheet. We will make "Dish Scubbies" the 1st class, a useful item you will use everyday. We will make "Jar Openers" the 2nd class, very helpful to arthritic hands. We will do general loom knitting the 3rd class and this class will be based on the interest level of the participants. You can bring your own project during the third session in March.
The instructor (Kim Wagner) will be on hand to assist you in any of the activities in a relaxing and supportive environment. ALL levels of experience are welcome. All tools and materials are provided. If you are advanced, please take this opportunity to share your skills and socialize with us. Bring your forgotten and half-finished projects and finish them together with us. All materials will be provided.
Donations toward materials are strongly recommended. Register for all three sessions and make useful and fun items! Please email us with any of your yarn project related questions, if necessary, prior to registration.

1st Class: Make your own "Dish scrubbies" made on the LOOM. A useful and functional item that you will use everday.
2nd Class: Make a colorful jar opener with contact shelf liner and crochet thread for the outer perimeter. This is very helpful when struggling to open lids with arthritic hands.
3rd Class: Work on your own project and learn how to knit on the LOOM system.
