This form should be used to request video uploads for use on www.henryford.com, www.henryford.com/blog, social media posts, YouTube.com and internal distribution.

• To have videos added to HenyFord.com, please complete a Web Request once you have your YouTube link.

Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for your video request to be completed. If you have multiple videos to be uploaded, they must be submitted as separate requests.
