Session 1: June 1 – July 3, Wednesday/Friday 10 AM – 11 AM
2 Days Per Week | 10 Sessions Total
This instructional course is designed specifically for high school girls to build a rock-solid foundation for resistance training. We focus on mastering essential mechanics to ensure long-term athletic success and injury prevention. These sessions are kept small (2 - 6 people) to ensure personalized coaching and safety.
- Focus Areas: Hip hinging mechanics and improving knee stability (reducing excessive frontal plane motion).
