Summer Athletic Performance Programs - Weightlifting Class (Snatch, Clean, & Jerk)
Are you looking for a way to keep your high school student after this summer? Look no further than our Summer Athletic Performance Programs!
We are excited to announce our summer training sessions designed to build foundational strength, explosive power, and elite speed. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an intermediate athlete aiming to refine your technique, we have a program for you.
Improve your speed, power, and coordination through the Olympic lifts. These sessions are kept small (2–6 people) to ensure personalized coaching and safety.
Beginner Level
2 Days Per Week | 8 Sessions Total
- Focus Areas: The first half of each session focuses on foundational strength (squats, deadlifts, and upper body). The second half introduces the technical mechanics of the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk.
- Session 1: June 2 - July 2, Tuesday/Thursday 10 AM – 11 AM
- Session 2: July 9 - August 4, Tuesday/Thursday 10 AM – 11 AM
Full session - $280
Drop-in Rate (must still preregister) - $40
