Positions: Approved for twelve residents

Curriculum

The Obstetrics & Gynecology program is designed to utilize the extensive resources of the Henry Ford Health, our affiliated training institutions and the Statewide Campus System of Michigan State University of Osteopathic Medicine.

Gyn Surgery

Urogynecology (HFH)
1 month
 
 (Urogynecology rotation requirement met via weekly clinics with in-house certified urogynecologist, urogynecological surgeries and one month out-rotation.)
Third Year
Obstetrics 5 months
Gyn Surgery

MFM (HFH)
1 month
 (MFM rotation requirement met via weekly clinics with in-house certified MFM and one month out-rotation)
Fourth Year
Obstetrics

Gyn Surgery

REI (HFH)

Elective
2 weeks  
Family Planning  2 weeks 
 GYN oncology requirement met via GYN tumor board, GYN oncology lectures, frequent GYN oncological surgeries with in-house certified GYN oncological surgeon and weekly GYN oncology clinics.
