Associate Vice President, Nursing, Division III

Nancy PriceNancy is associate vice president of Nursing, overseeing the neuroscience, cardiovascular and observation units, the Wound Care team, and co-leading the Clinical Resource Office (CRO). She began her career with Henry Ford Health in 1998 as a nurse assistant at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. In 1999, she joined Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit as a nurse intern in the medical intensive care unit (MICU), later serving as a MICU nurse and advancing into leadership roles.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Nancy serves as nurse chair of the Henry Ford Hospital Resuscitation Advisory Council, co-chair of the Readmission Steering Committee and chairs both the Henry Ford Health Pressure Injury Prevention Committee and the Employee Wellbeing Committee. She is also the executive sponsor for the Nursing TRUST Program at Henry Ford Hospital and serves as Henry Ford Hospital’s American Heart Association Metro Detroit Heart Walk champion. Her professional affiliations include the American Organization of Nursing Leadership (AONL), the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1999 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the same institution in 2017. She became board certified as a Nurse Executive in 2019.
