Highway Safety Course

Welcome to the Henry Ford Jackson Online Highway Safety Course. You can access the course by clicking the below link and entering the password provided to you. After downloading the file, double-click it to launch the course via Powerpoint Viewer. You do not need Powerpoint in order to take the course.

The download is over 50 MB, so it may take some time on a slower connection. The course can also take a bit to load, so please be patient.

I will take you 3-4 hours to complete the course. Please note that it contains audio, so adjust speaker or headphone volume appropriately.

Upon completing the course

Once you have completed all sections of the educational material, contact Henry Ford Jackson Substance Abuse Services at (517) 783-2732 to schedule a convenient time to meet with a substance abuse therapist. This one-time meeting will enable the therapist to get to know you, answer any questions you may have and assess your knowledge of the material to assure that you have grasped the most essential points.

There is no additional charge for this session, which will take approximately one hour. Once you have demonstrated your understanding of the course content, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. A copy of this will be faxed or mailed to your judge and/or probation officer upon your request.
