Stephanie Gibson

Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer Henry Ford Macomb Hospital

Stephanie Gibson became vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer for Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in 2025.

She served as director of heart & vascular services and critical care at Henry Ford Macomb prior to becoming CNO.

Stephanie has been with Henry Ford Health for more than 16 years, starting in 2009 at the former Warren campus and assuming progressive challenges, including her leadership at the former Henry Ford Macomb behavioral campus in Mt. Clemens, with grace, operational expertise and an incredible commitment to patients and team members.

She earned a bachelor's degrees in psychology and nursing from Oakland University and a master's in health care administration from Central Michigan University.
